If you become a client: your contact details, date of birth, health history, symptoms, test results you share with us, treatment notes and prescriptions. Health information is sensitive information, and we only collect it with your consent and where it's needed to care for you.
When you visit our website: basic, non-identifying usage data, such as pages visited, through cookies or analytics.

To send you the updates you signed up for.
To provide safe, appropriate naturopathic and herbal care, and keep clinical records as professional standards require.
To process orders, book appointments and communicate with you.
To improve our website and services.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use your health information for marketing.

How we store and protect it

We store information securely, using password-protected systems and reputable providers. Clinical records are kept for as long as the law and professional standards require, then destroyed securely.

We use these service providers to run the practice:

Brevo, for our email list. Brevo may store data on servers outside Australia, including in Europe.
Practice management software, for appointments, payments and client records. Our provider may store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
Our website, online shop and payment providers, for the website and orders.

We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard similar to Australian law.

Who we share it with

We only share your information:

with the service providers above, so they can do their job for us;
with other health practitioners, such as your GP, only with your consent;
where the law requires it, or to prevent a serious threat to someone's health or safety.

Emails and unsubscribing

We only send marketing emails to people who have signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us directly to remove you.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 30 days. In rare cases the law allows us to refuse access; if so, we'll explain why in writing.
