This recipe is packed full of Vitamin C, A and antioxidants that will leave your skin glowing and healthy.
Grilled watermelon can be consumed savoury or sweet by the toppings and dressings you use. This recipe is for savoury watermelon, though I have had some sweet options below.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1-2 slices Watemelon
Salt and Pepper
2 tablespoons - Cashew & Sunflower seed mix or crumbled fetta cheese.
Mint for garnishing
1 handful of Rocket
Balsamic Glaze dressing
Extra virgin olive oil

For sweet try adding some fresh fruit or yoghurt to the watermelon with drizzled maple syrup and lemon.
