It is passion fruit season here in Australia so here is a slight twist to the normal tropical smoothie to include this gorgeous fruit to the mix. Passion fruit is a great source of, antioxidants, vitamin A, C, B-6, Potassium, Magnesium, calcium, iron, and fiber. Did you know in herbal medicine we use the passionflower leaf and the flowers for the medicinal properties that help assist with anxiety and sleep. I love it that much that the aerial parts of passionfruit are in my   Relax and Unwind tea. Nature has gifted us with some amazing plant medicine and nutrients to help keep our body healthy and strong.

The Passionfruit fruit smoothie below is high in vitamin C, which is good to consume more of us we head into winter to help keep our immune system strong.
