

This is a nice nourishing, refreshing and detoxing juice to help warm you up with the early cool Spring days still in the air, while giving the digestive system a nice gentle flush.
Ingredients:
- 2 apples
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
- 1 cup of water
- Ice to chill (optional)
Directions:
Place cored apple, peeled lemon, ginger, water and ice to a blender and blend.
Notes:
This beverage can be enjoyed as is with the pulp which is very nourishing on the digestive system or you can filter the pulp out with a strainer or nut bag.
