Memory Smoothie

Serves 2


  • 2 tsp memory boost powder (Suzanna’s Natural Life)
  • 1 handful green leaves (spinach, baby spinach, kale)
  • ½ lemon peeled
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 fresh or frozen banana
  • 6 walnuts
  • 1 cup of water
  • Ice to chill (optional)


Place all the ingredients into a blender. Blend, serve and enjoy.
