I love this dip it’s detoxing, great for the heart and has nourishing oils for the body. You can use this for dipping vegetable sticks, crackers, nachos and much more.
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice/li>
- Hand full of Coriander chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- Pinch of sea salt and pepper
Directions:
Mash the avocado with a fork, add the remaining ingredients and mix together. Use within a couple of days and keep in air tight container in the fridge.
